Privacy Policy

What stays on your device

• Your journal and progress: stages, focus tags, notes, streaks and patches are stored only on your iPhone.
• Blocked apps: Lockin uses Apple's Screen Time framework. Apple gives Lockin opaque tokens for the apps you pick; Lockin cannot see which apps they are, and never sees your app usage.
• Sounds are generated on the device. Nothing is recorded.

What we collect

• Usage analytics (Google Firebase Analytics): anonymous events such as onboarding steps, stage started or completed, and which plan you are on. Used to improve the app.
• Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): device model, OS version and a stack trace when the app crashes.
• Push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging): if you allow notifications, a device token so we can send reminders and product updates. You can turn notifications off in iOS Settings.
• Advertising (Google AdMob): shown only on the free trial and the monthly plan. If you allow tracking when iOS asks, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show relevant ads. If you decline, ads are not personalised. In the EEA and UK you are asked for consent first.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. The app receives a signed receipt from Apple to confirm what you have access to.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is processed by Google (Firebase and AdMob) and Apple only for the purposes above, under their own privacy terms.

Children

Lockin is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your choices and deletion

• Delete your progress any time in Lockin: Settings, Reset all progress. Deleting the app removes everything on the device.
• To delete analytics or crash data linked to your device, email support@onewavehq.com. We reply within 30 days.
