- Everything written in your quote: the pages or screens, the features, the content we agreed to write or move, and the launch.
- What counts as a change
- New pages, features or integrations that weren't in the quote, or a new direction after you approved the design.
- How changes are priced
- We send a separate fixed quote for the change before doing it. You decide whether to go ahead. Small copy and image swaps before launch are included.
- After launch
- Fixes to anything we built that doesn't work as agreed are free. New work goes on Monthly care or its own quote.

Why do you publish prices?
Because the first thing every business owner asks is "how much?". Starting prices show whether we're in your range before you spend time on a call.
What makes a project cost more than the starting price?
More pages or screens, booking or ordering systems, integrations with other tools, user accounts, and content we need to write from scratch. The quote lists exactly what's in it.
Do I pay anything else?
Your own running costs, like your domain, hosting, Shopify plan or app store accounts, are paid directly to those providers, and we tell you what they'll be before you start.
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices are in US dollars. We can invoice in GBP, EUR, CAD or AUD on request.
Who owns the work?
You do. Code, design files, accounts and data are yours, and we hand over every login at launch.
What if the project isn't a fit?
We'll tell you before you pay, and point you to a cheaper option, like a template you can set up yourself, if that's the better choice.
