6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Service Ownership

• All content, features, and functionality of InvoiceEasy AI are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• Our invoice templates (free and premium) are proprietary and licensed to you for use within the Service

6.2 Your Content

• You retain ownership of all data, information, and content you upload or create using the Service ("Your Content")

• When you upload invoice images for AI conversion, you represent that you have the right to upload and process such images

8. Payment Processing

• InvoiceEasy AI integrates with Stripe (for US/Europe) and Paystack (for Africa/Nigeria) to process payments
• Payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processors
• We are not responsible for payment processor fees, disputes, or processing issues

• Payment links generated through the Service are subject to the policies of the payment processor
