    What Data Will Be Deleted

    Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted:

    • Your account information (name, email, password hash)
    • All customer information and contact details
    • All invoices, invoice templates, and invoice data
    • Business profile information (business name, logo, address, tax ID)
    • Payment history and transaction records
    • Analytics data and usage statistics
    • AI-generated content and processed data
    • Support communications and tickets
    • Notification preferences and settings

    Data That May Be Retained (as required by law):

    • Financial records required for tax and accounting compliance (retained for up to 7 years as required by law)
    • Transaction records with payment processors (Stripe/Paystack) - these are managed by the payment processors
    • Anonymized usage data for service improvement (no personal identifiers)
    • Data required for legal proceedings or regulatory compliance

    Retention Period:

    Most data will be deleted within 30 days of your request. However, certain financial and legal records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable laws and regulations. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement purposes.
