By downloading, installing, or using the Spice Editor mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Spice Editor is a mobile integrated development environment (IDE) designed for coding on the go. The App provides features such as syntax highlighting, file management, terminal access, and AI-powered coding assistance using models like GPT-4o and Claude 3.5 Sonnet.

3. Spice Pro Subscription

  • Pricing: Spice Pro is available for $20.00 USD per month or $192.00 USD per year (savings of 20%). Prices may vary by region and are subject to tax.
  • Benefits: Subscribers receive access to premium AI models, 5,000 monthly premium credits, unlimited basic completions, and priority support.
  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play Store Account Settings after purchase.

4. AI Features & Usage

Advanced AI coding features are powered by third-party services. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated code may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code generated by the App before using it in production. We do not guarantee that the AI service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to verify vulnerabilities in systems you do not own. You retain ownership of all code you write using the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spice Editor is provided "AS IS". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or code.
