2. Your Code Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. Your code belongs to you.

Spice Editor does not store your source code on our servers unless specifically required for an active AI request. When you use AI features, the relevant code snippets are securely transmitted to our AI partners (OpenAI, Anthropic) solely for the purpose of generating a response. These snippets are not used to train their models.

3. Device Permissions

The App requires certain permissions to function:

  • Storage: To read and save your project files on your device.
  • Internet: To install plugins, verify subscriptions, and access AI services.

4. Third-Party Services

We may share minimal data with trusted third-party services:

  • Google Firebase: For user authentication and crash analytics.
  • Google Play Store: For subscription management.
  • OpenAI & Anthropic: For providing AI coding assistance (ephemeral processing).

You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account at any time from within the App settings, which will permanently remove your user profile from our system.
